Shipping within the EU is free of charge. All orders placed before 22:00 will be shipped the next working day. Orders within Europe will take 1 to 3 days after the shipping confirmation has been sent. Delivery schedules are at best an estimation only.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product.

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 1-2 days. International orders are usually delivered within 2-4 days. As soon as your order is ready for shipping you will receive a track & trace code which allows you to keep track of delivery. Delivery schedules are based on estimations. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations.
We ship to almost every European country. In the Netherlands, all orders placed before 22:00 hours on business days will be delivered the next day.
For shipments to Belgium and Germany, we can dispatch your order within 1-3 days. For shipments to other European countries (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) your order will be dispatched within 3 – 7 working days.
