Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within the EU is free on all orders from €50.
For orders below €50, standard shipping costs will apply at checkout.

All orders placed before 22:00 are shipped the next working day.
Deliveries within Europe usually take 1 to 3 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation is sent. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location.

Please note:

• Delivery times start from the date of dispatch.

• Delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, or logistics may occur.

• HMN Skincare is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reasonable or unavoidable delivery delays.

If HMN Skincare fails to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel your purchase.
Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point, and you will receive an email notification once your package is ready for collection.

We currently do not ship outside the EU.
